Restoration of old brick steps
In this project, I had the pleasure of enhancing a client's home by renovating the front steps. The client's initial goal was to refresh the look and ensure the durability of these areas, creating a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing entrance.
The Challenge
The existing front steps were showing signs of wear, with cracks and discoloration visible in the brickwork as well as chipped paint.

My Approach
To address these challenges, I began with a thorough assessment of the existing conditions. For the front steps, the goal was to repair and rejuvenate the brickwork, ensuring structural integrity and enhancing the curb appeal.
I selected high-quality materials that matched the existing architecture and consulted with the homeowner to align our design choices with their vision. Throughout the process, I maintained open communication to ensure every detail met the client's expectations.
THE TRANSFORMATION
The transformation of the front steps involved meticulous cleaning, repairing cracks, and redoing the mortar joints. The before-and-after images clearly illustrate the stark difference: the old, weathered steps were replaced with a refreshed, sturdy, and visually appealing entrance
